CES is programmed process, which becomes the nucleus of training and education, so because of that the knowledge and experience will be extended. In the life education has the direct influence on the economic, social and politic conditions of any group of the society in particular and the rest of the society in general. In the consequences of the process and prepared planning of this study we might learn that the developing alteration and reforming may be reflect in the nature of work and activities of the general and private projects.
